How much is shipping?
Flat $6.95 on U.S. orders; free on orders $99 and up. U.S. addresses only.
When will my order arrive?
We pack within 1–2 business days, then 3–7 business days in transit. Tracking is emailed as soon as it ships.
What's your return policy?
30 days from delivery on unworn pairs in the original box, no restocking fees. Buyer pays return postage on change-of-mind returns; damaged, wrong or lost orders are replaced or refunded in full.
Do the boots run true to size?
Western boots run true to size and fit snug across the instep at first — that's normal, the leather breaks in. Size chart is on every product page; email us your foot length if unsure.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes — one free size exchange per order within the U.S. Email us the size you need and we'll ship it as soon as the return is scanned.
